Tri-Valley Air Quality Community Alliance Increases Annual Zero-Emission Equipment Rebate Program to $100,000 per Year Through 2024

The TVAQCA is pleased to announce that the Bay Area Air Quality Management District recently funded their “Ensuring Future Air Quality in the Tri-Valley,” project for the next three years (2022-2024) at $100,000 per year.

Professional landscape companies, schools and cities in the Tri-Valley area may apply for the zero-emission equipment rebate program. To reduce local emissions from combustion sources, they will continue offering grants up to $5,000 to
local landscaping companies as a part of our successful Commercial Landscaping Equipment Incentive Program. This program accelerates the goals of the recent California AB-1346 bill to transition gas-powered landscape equipment to battery-powered equipment.
