Zero-E 2024 Rules/time may be subject to change prior to event. 1 Prize per Participant Verified Valid Winning Ticket. Must be present to redeem.
A Zero-E Raffle Prize Winner will be called every half hour starting at 10 AM- 3:00 PM. Card collections will be accepted up to 10min before Grand Prize drawing to trade in stamps for additional raffle tickets.
Step 1 – CHECK-IN & GET YOUR ‘PASSPORT’
Please for the event if you haven’t already. CHECK-IN AT THE FRONT TABLE WHEN YOU ARRIVE. Please read Raffle Rules before entering. and simply attend our awesome demo event! Raffle prizes will be announced and winner will be chosen during the event. Participant must be present at the time of the drawing to receive raffle prize if chosen.
You will automatically receive 1 General Raffle Ticket at check-in. This does not go towards the Grand Prize drawings.
In order to qualify for the Grand Prize drawings, you must complete at least 1 demo.
Step 2 – FILL OUT CONTACT INFO & VISIT AS MANY BOOTHS AS YOU CAN
Fill in the contact information on the card and go to as many demos as you can before the Card Collection times, for the Grand Prizes, Collection times are 11AM and 3PM.
1 demo completed = 1 additional raffle ticket
Increase your chances of winning. For each stamp you collect from the vendors, you will receive an additional ticket when you turn in your card to the front check-in table. Max # of additional tickets is limited to # of vendors printed on the passport (total 18).

Zero-E Expo 2024 Raffle Rules
*Eligibility: This raffle is open to all individuals aged 18 or older who are registered for Gardenland’s Zero-E Expo Event. Limited to registered attendees only. Zero-E Vendors and Gardenland Staff are not allowed to enter the raffle. You may register at the event, but required information will be collected in order to enter. Including but not limited to First Name, Last Name, Email, Company, Title, and Phone Number.
*Entry: To enter the raffle, participants must check in the Gardenland front booth, and register for the event which can be done online via our website or in-person at front check-in, Gardenland front booth. The deadline for entry is on the day of the event April 25, 2024 upon arrival.
*Tickets: Participants may choose to complete as many demos as they wish, but are limited to the number of stamps received on their passport. It must be approved by a Gardenland staff for validity. Participants will receive 1 additional raffle ticket per demo completed. Max demos received is 1 per vendor and must receive corresponding stamp upon completion.
*Prize: The prize for this raffle varies, and a set schedule of raffle prizes is determined by Gardenland staff. The prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The winner is solely responsible for any taxes or other fees associated with the prize.
*Drawing: The winner will be chosen by random drawing on April 25, 2024. The drawing will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Winners must be in attendance at the time of the drawing to win.
*Notification: The winner must be present to claim the prize, otherwise, another winner will be chosen. For both Grand Prize raffles, winners must be present and readily available to claim prize. No notification will be granted. Updated 4/17/24
*Publicity: The winner’s name may be announced on our website, social media platforms, and/or local news outlets or partners. By participating in this raffle, participants agree to have their name and likeness used for promotional purposes.
